• I am in my second year of a Master’s of Science in Yoga Therapy degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) in Laurel, Maryland.

• I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)-200. 

• I am seeing clients for yoga therapy at the Natural Care Center at MUIH.

• I teach group yoga classes in Southern Virginia.
